About the role
We are looking for a skilled carpenter to join our team in Calgary. The role involves measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling and joining a variety of materials to construct and maintain wooden structures across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay sub‑flooring and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
- Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments.
Required profile
- Reliability.
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
