Cannabis Production Worker

About the role

ANC is looking for reliable production workers to join its cannabis manufacturing team. You will help assemble products, operate equipment, and ensure that every item meets strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately assemble cannabis products following detailed instructions.
• Operate and monitor production machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Package finished products in compliance with regulatory requirements, labeling and sealing each item.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks throughout the production process, reporting any defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Document production data, including quantities produced, defects identified, and adjustments made.
