Call Center Representative (Remote, 6‑Month Contract)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our remote team on a six‑month contract. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information while maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests.
- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
- Explain procedures, answer questions, and provide relevant information to clients.
- Adhere to fast‑changing guidelines and maintain consistent written and verbal communication.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum one year experience in an inbound/outbound call centre or retail environment (preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and using a computer.
- Availability to work various shifts between 8:00 am‑10:00 pm Monday‑Friday and 10:00 am‑8:00 pm on weekends.
