Business Operations Analyst – Google Workspace (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst with deep expertise in Google Workspace to help streamline and optimize our operational workflows. This contract position is fully remote and offers flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and redesign them using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Partner with customer teams to identify pain points and recommend workflow enhancements.
• Provide detailed feedback for AI training initiatives, ensuring data quality and relevance.
• Document procedures, best practices, and maintain clear communication across all operational projects.
• Conduct regular audits of data and workflows to verify accuracy and compliance.
• Support day‑to‑day operations and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace tools.

Required profile

• Minimum experience in operations, process improvement, or a related field.
• Expert‑level proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to dissect complex workflows and produce actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities remotely.
