Business Management Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Management Analyst to evaluate and improve managerial methods and organizational structures within our company. The role involves research, strategic planning, and supervision of a team while supporting corporate development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and advise on managerial methods and organizational structures.
• Conduct research on the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
• Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures, and plan re‑organization of operations.
• Supervise a team of 16‑20 staff members.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business management analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle a large workload.
• Strong analytical judgment, accuracy and organizational skills.
