About the role

Join BoomerangFX’s fast‑growing team as a Business Development Representative in Mississauga. You will be at the forefront of expanding our healthcare SaaS platform, engaging clinic owners and practice managers to showcase how our all‑in‑one solution can streamline operations and boost growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Engage doctors, clinic owners, and practice managers to introduce BoomerangFX solutions.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly demo‑booking targets.

Required profile

  • 3‑5 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales roles.
  • Proven track record with high‑volume cold calling and prospecting.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection‑handling abilities.
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Effective time‑management and organizational skills.

Required skills

  • Experience using a CRM system for lead tracking.

What we offer

  • Base salary $40,000–$45,000 plus OTE $90,000–$100,000.
  • Commission structure: $75 per qualified demo, $150 per closed deal.
  • Eligibility for stock option plan after six months.
