About the role
Fastfrate Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth for its LTL and FTL services across Western Canada, primarily in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. You will work closely with operations and customers to expand the client base and meet aggressive revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the transportation and logistics sector.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for all lines of business.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and operational teams to align strategies.
- Provide market feedback and identify growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within logistics, transportation, or supply chain services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
