Business Development Manager – Future Opportunities

About the role
We are building a talent pipeline for Business Development Manager positions across Canada. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, diagnosing client needs, and delivering value‑based proposals to drive growth for our consulting services.
Key responsibilities
- Research target markets and leverage personal networks to generate qualified leads.
- Establish partnerships with incubators and referral sources.
- Analyse prospects’ business climate, challenges and strategic needs to craft tailored proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: identify decision‑makers, schedule meetings, present solutions and close contracts.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of sales experience in software, consulting or an engineering background.
- Demonstrated success using a sales methodology to generate leads and close deals.
- Highly motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
- Knowledge of success‑fee agreements is a plus.

What we offer
- Base salary CAD 75,000‑95,000 per year with high bonus potential.
- Flexible work arrangement: up to three remote days per week and one month of work from anywhere.
