About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Business Development Executive to join our London, ON office. In this on‑site position you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships within the staffing and logistics sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with client organisations.
- Manage client accounts, understand their staffing needs and design tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and ensure successful onboarding of candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience in new business development and lead generation.
- Strong business and account management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively while meeting targets.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus.
- A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
