Business Banking Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Business Banking Officer to join our Business Banking Team. You will deliver front‑line service to small and medium‑sized business members, both in‑person and virtually, helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Open, close and maintain business accounts, manage non‑registered investments and update signatories.
• Process cash‑management product applications and provide basic support, escalating to specialists when needed.
• Identify member needs, propose appropriate Coast Capital products and services, and nurture new business relationships.
• Promote alternative service channels such as online banking, payroll deposits and PAC.
• Collaborate with branch staff and other business partners to refer opportunities and support commercial relationships.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping small business clients.
• Minimum of one year of relevant financial services experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
