Breakfast Program Technician – Part‑Time

About the role

This regular part‑time position supports the Breakfast Program within the Lion’s Heart space at Lambton College, helping students access daily nutrition. You will work 24 hours per week at an hourly rate of $26.05.

Key responsibilities

• Shop for groceries and supplies needed for the breakfast program.
• Coordinate donation drop‑offs and assist students with pick‑ups.
• Organise and maintain the Lion’s Heart area to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Provide soft referrals to students for financial aid, counselling, housing, and community resources such as Ontario Works.
• Create and maintain an anonymous tracking system to capture program usage data for funding and grant applications.

Required profile

• 2‑year post‑secondary diploma.
• At least 1 year of practical experience in a related support or food‑service role.
• Commitment to an inclusive, barrier‑free workplace.
