Breakfast Cook – Seasonal (Part‑time)

About the role

Join the kitchen team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts as a Seasonal Breakfast Cook. You will work part‑time preparing and presenting breakfast items to guests while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mise en place and prepare all breakfast menu items according to recipes and yield guides.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of food in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in developing and testing new menu items and writing recipes.
• Maintain inventory of food items and communicate supply needs to leadership.
• Support front‑of‑house staff with equipment needs, banquet plate‑up, and sanitation follow‑up.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a strong desire to grow within the culinary field.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication skills for directing team members and collaborating with front‑of‑house leadership.
