Brand Ambassador for Walmart Grand Opening

About the role

We are looking for energetic, family‑friendly Brand Ambassadors to represent Brand Momentum at a Walmart Grand Opening in Fort McMurray, Alberta. The four‑day activation (October 22‑25, 2026) will include interactive games, sampling stations, photo‑ops, trick‑or‑treat areas and other community‑focused activities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage shoppers, children and families with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Facilitate the Plinko game, distribute prizes and support other activation stations (photo wall, face painting, balloon artist, sparkling water truck, baked‑goods sampling, etc.).
• Assist with event setup and teardown, ensuring clean and organized areas.
• Support sampling activities and follow brand guidelines for product distribution.
• Manage guest flow at indoor and outdoor trick‑or‑treat stations.
• Follow directions from the Team Lead/Field Supervisor and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Outgoing, energetic and comfortable interacting with children and large crowds.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Previous experience in experiential, retail, sampling, promotional or event work is an asset.
• Reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work both indoor and outdoor environments and handle setup/teardown tasks.
