About the role
The Bottle Depot Supervisor will lead daily operations at our Edmonton depot, ensuring efficient handling of returned bottles and maintaining high product quality. This role combines coordination, inventory management, and staff development in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate activities with other work units and departments.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
- Arrange maintenance, repair work and oversee equipment upkeep.
- Manage inventory, requisition supplies and maintain stock levels.
- Establish work schedules, assign tasks and review staff performance.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Organized team player with initiative.
- Minimum secondary school graduation.
