Bookings Clerk – Wholesale Travel

About the role

The Bookings Clerk will support clients and guests of our wholesale travel division, handling reservations, ticketing and payment processing. This full‑time, permanent position is based in Yellowknife and focuses on delivering accurate and friendly service. You will collaborate with the travel sales team to ensure smooth booking processes and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients and guests with special needs, helping them plan optimal travel times, routes and connections while providing personalized advice.
• Create, confirm, modify or cancel reservations, issue tickets and ensure all travel documents are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Process a variety of payments including credit‑card transactions, vouchers and other payment methods, maintaining strict financial controls.
• Provide clear information on cancellation policies, late‑arrival procedures and other travel regulations to help customers make informed decisions.
• Quote fares and rates, record bookings for package tours, and supply up‑to‑date information on tour vacancies and availability.
