About the role
We are seeking a Body Shop Supervisor to lead our automotive repair team at our North York facility. This permanent full‑time position reports to management and ensures efficient, high‑quality body repair operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
- Supervise motor vehicle body repairers and projects.
- Coordinate and schedule activities across work units.
- Recruit, hire, and arrange training for staff.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2–3 years experience supervising automotive body repair.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized team player.
