Bilingual Sales Development Representative – Financial Services

About the role

An established organization supporting a global data analytics leader is expanding into the French financial services and banking market and is looking for an experienced bilingual (French and English) Sales Development Representative. The role is based in Canada and works during Central European business hours (about 8am-5pm CET). It is full-time and hybrid, based in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the French market, focusing on financial services and banking
• Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers and turn cold outreach into credible conversations
• Qualify opportunities based on genuine business needs and commercial potential, and build and maintain a strong pipeline
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to find and engage prospects
• Work with the wider international team to support market expansion and take ownership of your results

Required profile

• Professional fluency in French and English
• Based in Canada and able to work Central European business hours consistently
• About 2-4+ years of B2B prospecting, SDR, BDR or business development experience
• Previous experience in financial services and/or banking
• Demonstrated success generating new business through outbound prospecting
• Legally eligible to work in Canada permanently, without employer-supported work permits
