Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Bilingual Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our growing air‑quality services business across Ontario and Quebec. This full‑time, remote position will support multiple departments by sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and create compelling job postings.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening interviews in English and French.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Assist with offer negotiations and support the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Strong bilingual communication skills (English & French).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to fill 10+ positions per month.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or related administrative roles.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
