Bilingual Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Key Account Manager to own the relationship with a select group of high‑value enterprise customers across Mexico, Canada and the United States. The role focuses on proactive stewardship, issue resolution and delivering continuous value rather than transactional sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a limited portfolio of enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact and build trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Conduct regular health‑check meetings, usage reviews and service follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks and operational gaps early, coordinate with Support, Operations, Finance, Product and Sales to resolve issues, and track them end‑to‑end.
• Lead customer‑related projects, align internal teams on timelines and outcomes, and ensure installations and configurations are completed on schedule.
• Oversee onboarding, training and adoption of the platform, recommend best practices and capture feedback for product improvements.
• Review billing, subscriptions and contracts for accuracy, work with Finance on invoicing issues and manage renewals.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in account management, customer success or technical account management.
• Strong project‑management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams.
