About the role
Join a fast‑growing infrastructure group in Canada as a Bilingual HR Generalist. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations for a construction/renovation project, ensuring smooth onboarding, payroll, and employee record management while upholding the company’s values of unity, transparency, and ambition.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities and candidate screening.
- Facilitate onboarding, integration, and orientation of new hires.
- Maintain and monitor employee files and HR documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and support HR policy implementation.
- Manage payroll processing and time‑tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment guidelines.
Required profile
- Higher education in Human Resources or a related field.
- CHRP designation or working towards it.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliability, discretion, and adaptability in a confidential environment.
Required skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
