About the role

Join TTEC as a French‑English Bilingual Customer Service Representative supporting an iconic global luxury retail brand. Working remotely from Canada, you will deliver personalized, white‑glove service that enhances the customer journey at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel white‑glove support, answering product, fragrance and service inquiries.
• Offer expert recommendations tailored to mood, personality and occasion.
• Maintain accurate interaction records using CRM and digital service tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share insights with leadership.
• Collaborate with a high‑performance team while working independently as needed.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, luxury retail, sales or personalized client support.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable handling phone inquiries and resolving requests.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital customer‑service tools.
• Basic computer literacy.
