Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Investor Services

About the role

Join the Investor Services Inc (ISI) team at CIBC as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for ISI clients, including Investors Edge users, handling inquiries via phone and online channels. The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate assistance while adhering to the bank’s non‑advice policy.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries in both English and French through phone and digital platforms.
• Assess client needs, provide appropriate resolutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Refer clients to specialized service groups or management as required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ISI products and the Investors Edge platform.
• Participate in a four‑week onsite training program in downtown Montreal.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work flexibly within the contact centre’s operating hours (8 am–8 pm, Monday‑Friday).
