Bilingual Content Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Content Manager to train and evaluate AI chatbots in both French and English. You will interact with the models, create realistic conversations, and measure their progress to enhance overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and assess the quality of their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress by engaging in bilingual dialogues and recording performance metrics.
• Develop novel conversation scripts to teach desired responses and improve model logic.
• Provide feedback on AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and brand voice.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level) and strong command of French.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent grammar and style awareness in both languages.
• Current enrollment in, or completion of, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
