About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Content Editor to help train and refine AI chatbots. In this remote contractor role you will apply your expert writing and editing abilities to guide AI models, assess their outputs, and ensure high‑quality conversational content.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the generated content.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
- Measure model performance, identify gaps, and provide feedback to improve future iterations.
Required profile
- Fluency in English (bilingual ability preferred).
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
