Bilingual Call Centre Sales Rep (French – English)

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Call Centre Sales Representative to join a leading Canadian transportation and logistics provider in the Montreal – Saint‑Laurent area. This permanent, full‑time position is office‑based and focuses on generating new B2B business through high‑volume outbound outreach and consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50–75 outbound calls daily to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Prospect new accounts via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers and uncover customer needs.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and follow up on active prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solution‑based proposals.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English with no exceptions.
• Hands‑on business development experience in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment, preferably within transportation, distribution, courier or small‑package logistics.
• Proven cold‑calling, relationship‑building and time‑management abilities.
• Located in the Montreal – Saint‑Laurent area and able to work onsite five days a week.
