Bilingual Assistant Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager will support Novartis Patient Support Programs (PSPs) by coordinating activities, overseeing placement personnel, and ensuring program delivery meets defined expectations and deadlines. This bilingual position requires strong analytical abilities to improve operations and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the PSP Operations Manager in coordinating program activities and documentation.
• Oversee assigned placement personnel, including performance management.
• Ensure compliance with AE reporting, reconciliation, mandatory training, and safety reporting KPIs.
• Respond to program inquiries via email and perform quality control checks.
• Generate reports, conduct research, and develop training materials.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements across programs.
• Collect data for reimbursement cases and explore public/private reimbursement options.
• Monitor program performance and delegate tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and French (oral and written).
• Undergraduate or graduate degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare organizations working with PSPs.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes and medical devices.

Required skills

• Salesforce (ePSP) and Salesforce (Patient Connect).
• CRM platforms of external partners.
• Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Proficiency with computerized information systems and electronic spreadsheets.
