Beauty Specialist

About the role

Join a locally owned Pharmaprix store and help customers discover the best beauty products and services. You will be the face of the cosmetics department, driving sales while delivering exceptional, personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize sales of beauty products and services, including promotional programs.
• Promote the PC Optimum loyalty program and encourage customer enrollment.
• Provide consultative makeup and skincare advice, conduct in‑store appointments and demonstrations.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.
• Attend vendor training, workshops, and adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
• Follow health, safety, loss‑prevention, and store policies at all times.

Required profile

• Strong judgment, planning and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven sales experience in cosmetics with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent product knowledge across beauty categories.
• Ability to conduct sit‑down consultations and demonstrate product application.
• Effective communication and customer‑first mindset.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders and reach shelves.
