Beauty Merchandiser

About the role

Join a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store in Brampton as a Beauty Merchandiser. You will help deliver health, beauty and convenience services while keeping the customer at the centre of every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Use PDT and MMS systems to perform daily merchandising tasks.
• Manage product exit strategy, returns, inventory placement and expiry dates.
• Maintain store standards, visual image and trending displays.
• Ensure product displays are consumer‑focused and “shoppable”.
• Achieve daily sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Well‑organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• Comfortable handling cash accurately when required.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and climb ladders.
