Beauty Manager

About the role

Join a locally owned and operated store to lead the Beauty department, delivering health, beauty and convenience services while keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise corporate sales tracking tools and dashboards to set and achieve sales targets.
• Coach and mentor staff on selling techniques to maximise productivity and meet sales goals.
• Provide superior customer service, monitor CSI survey results and model eClienteling behaviours.
• Book appointments, manage event schedules and promote products through marketing and the PC Optimum program.
• Mentor, train and motivate the team, conduct performance appraisals and foster a fun selling environment.
• Maintain cosmetic operating standards, schedule shifts for peak hours and ensure operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong planning, judgment and decision‑making abilities.
• Independent thinker who can address customer needs and act on management goals.
• Experience developing personal development plans and collaborating with store leadership.
• Proven sales record in a cosmetics or beauty environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and prior experience leading a team.
