Beauty Advisor (Floater) – Luxury Retail

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and exceed personal sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments to boost sales.
• Attend product‑knowledge seminars and complete visual‑merchandising, floor recovery, and price‑change tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods for follow‑up and event invitations.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with privacy and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Minimum two years of experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred.
