Baker – Full-time Position

About the role

Join Breka Bakery Creations Inc. as a baker in our Vancouver location, working full‑time to produce a variety of baked goods for our customers. You will be part of a dynamic team that values quality, creativity, and a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special orders.
• Mix batters for muffins, cookies, cakes and create icings and frostings.
• Train and mentor staff on baking techniques and safety procedures.
• Ensure product quality meets established standards.
• Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Clean and maintain the work space to uphold hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of bakery experience.
• Availability for early morning, evening, shift, flexible hours, weekends and nights as needed.
