About the role
Tim Hortons is seeking a dedicated baker to join its Vancouver location. The role involves preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring product quality, and supporting the kitchen team in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, sweet goods, and batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters, and frost and decorate cakes and other baked goods.
- Draw up production schedules and ensure product quality meets established standards.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Operate bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of bakery experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
- Client‑focused attitude with strong judgement, reliability and teamwork.
- Fast‑paced environment adaptability.
