About the role
The restaurant is seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join its front‑of‑house team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests in a fast‑paced Indian cuisine environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, describe daily specials and advise on selections.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Prepare and serve specialty dishes and beverages at the table.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Present bills, process cash, credit, debit or room charges, and balance cash drawer.
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs after service.
Required profile
- Minimum secondary school graduation certificate.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is an asset.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Recognized employer status indicating compliance with government programs.
