Aviation Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M1 and/or M2) - Calgary

About the role

Kenn Borek Air, a worldwide aircraft charter and leasing operator, is hiring experienced M1 and/or M2 licensed engineers to support its fleet of DC-3s, Twin Otters and Beechcraft 200/1900D at its Calgary, Alberta facility. The engineer reports to the Production Control Manager - Heavy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with published procedures.
• Ensure all replacement parts are inspected and properly certified before installation.
• Assure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Keep the work area and hangar tidy.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 AME license.
• Experience on the aircraft types is preferred; equivalent types will be considered and training provided.
• Able to obtain Transport Canada security clearances.
• Negative drug and alcohol screening result required.
