About the role
The AV Project Coordinator provides assistance with project management activities for the Research & Core Technology team within the Faculty of Medicine. The role supports the entire project lifecycle, gathering information from users and various sources to ensure successful delivery of audio‑visual initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and document user requirements and project specifications.
- Track project progress, maintain schedules, and update status reports.
- Manage communications among project stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and external vendors.
- Conduct analyses, prepare documentation, and support decision‑making processes.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to AV projects.
- Assist with procurement and setup of audio‑visual equipment as needed.
Required profile
- Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience in project coordination or related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse academic and technical stakeholders.
