About the role

Scarborough Toyota, one of Ontario's highest‑volume Toyota dealerships, is seeking motivated sales professionals to join its growing team. The role involves selling new and pre‑owned vehicles, building customer relationships, and contributing to a data‑driven sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
• Leverage a robust lead system and analytics tools to generate and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Toyota product line, pricing, and financing options.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record of high achievement in sales or a related field.
• Motivated, reliable, punctual, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
• Coach‑able with a strong desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
• Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ driver’s licence and OMVIC licence.
