Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full buying journey with confidence and professionalism.
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets.
• Build relationships, follow up leads, schedule appointments and maintain an active CRM pipeline.
• Know inventory, vehicle features, financing options, promotions and dealership services.
• Conduct professional walk‑arounds, road tests and follow‑up as trained.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to connect, build trust and follow up.
• Competitive, results‑driven mindset and willingness to work hard for commission.
• Background in customer‑facing industries such as retail, hospitality, recruiting, real estate, fitness, telecom or call centres.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems to manage leads and pipeline.
• Understanding of vehicle inventory, features, financing options and promotions.
