Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑notch customer service by listening to concerns and understanding needs.
• Perform multi‑point inspections and generate accurate quotes using MPI Software.
• Verify warranty coverage and explain details to customers.
• Communicate vehicle status with service technicians and keep customers informed.
• Recommend repairs and maintenance based on service history and customer description.

Required profile

• Passionate about cars and customer service.
• 1+ years experience as an automotive service advisor or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Experience with dealership management systems (e.g., PBS, CDK, Keyloop Serti).
• Ability to use MPI Software for inspections and quoting.
