Automotive Mechanical Engineer – Michigan (All Levels)

About the role
SEGULA Technologies is seeking an Automotive Mechanical Engineer to join its Michigan team. The position is open to candidates at any experience level, provided they hold Canadian citizenship and are eligible for a TN visa.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and validation of automotive systems and components.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Support problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical input throughout the full product development cycle.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or a related engineering field.
- Internship to several years of experience in automotive or related engineering.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, CAD tools, and industry standards; experience in design, validation, or testing is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving, teamwork, adaptability, and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CAD tools.
