Automotive Financial Services Manager

About the role

Dueck Auto Group is looking for an experienced, customer‑oriented Financial Services Manager to finalize vehicle sales contracts while arranging extended service contracts, warranties, insurance and financing solutions. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will collaborate across departments to ensure smooth paperwork processing and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Present extended service contracts and other owner protection packages to customers during the completion of the vehicle sale.
• Build relationships with customers to discover needs and requirements.
• Increase revenue by selling value‑added products such as warranty, insurance and financial services plans.
• Complete documentation and administrative duties between the sales floor and the financing department.
• Ensure all legal documentation is exchanged between the dealership and financial institutions.
• Arrange customer financing by communicating with lenders and financial institutions.
• Review customers’ credit applications for accuracy and match them to appropriate financial sources.
• Maintain frequent communication and coordination among all necessary departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years experience as a Business Office/Finance Manager.
• Previous automotive dealership experience.
• Strong understanding of consumer credit reports for loan approval.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism during high‑volume periods.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Problem‑solving skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns.
