About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Servicing Manager to lead daily operations at our Surrey, BC location, ensuring efficient service delivery, staff coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Direct and control daily operations
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Manage staff and assign duties
Determine merchandise and services to be sold
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Resolve issues including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Participate in government or community programs supporting newcomers and refugees
Support youth employment initiatives and mentorship
Engage with Indigenous communities and support cultural competency
