Audit Support Specialist - Fully Remote

About the role
Mercor is seeking an experienced Audit Support Specialist to work fully remotely. You will evaluate AI‑generated artifacts, ensuring they meet rigorous domain‑specific quality standards and provide actionable feedback to improve model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assess AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against detailed quality rubrics.
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors and document findings.
- Deliver clear, structured written feedback to enhance AI output quality.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to maintain consistency across datasets.
Required profile
- 5+ years of professional experience in finance operations or audit support.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) preferred.
Required skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong expertise in Google Workspace, especially Google Slides.
What we offer
- Contract position with hourly compensation ranging from $80 to $120.
- Fully remote work environment.
