Associate – Infrastructure & Renewable Resources

About the role

The Associate will join BCI's Infrastructure & Renewable Resources (I&RR) team, supporting the full investment lifecycle from origination to execution and ongoing asset management. Working on global infrastructure and renewable projects, the role involves rigorous due‑diligence, preparation of investment committee materials, and monitoring of existing investments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due‑diligence on potential infrastructure and renewable resources investments.
• Prepare and present investment memoranda and materials for investment committees.
• Monitor performance of existing portfolio assets and report on key metrics.
• Support co‑investor and limited partner relationship management, including coordination with co‑sponsors.
• Assist in the development of financial models and valuation analyses.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of private‑market infrastructure investing and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Interest in long‑term value investing across energy, transport, utilities, data infrastructure, timberland, and agriculture sectors.
