About the role
The Associate Human Resources Support will serve as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders across Bell and its affiliated companies. You will interpret, analyze and explain HR policies, programs and processes while ensuring accurate and timely handling of employee records and transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide multi‑channel support to employees and internal customers, identifying needs and resolving HR‑related issues.
- Receive, analyze and process HR transactions, maintaining data integrity across case‑management and HR systems.
- Update and maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and company policies.
- Utilize HR tools and platforms to deliver accurate, complete responses and document case details.
- Identify recurring problems, suggest process improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Escalate complex cases to management or designated stakeholders as required.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Customer‑service orientation and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using HR information systems and case‑management tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
