Associate Field Training Manager

About the role

The Associate Field Training Manager strengthens training execution across Canada, with a focus on Quebec, by delivering Wendy’s University programs, leading limited‑time‑offer (LTO) and operational training, certifying Training Restaurants, supporting new market openings, and elevating field capability.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Wendy’s University Core & More programs, ensuring high instructional quality and building leadership capability through coaching.
• Lead scheduling, coordination, and delivery of LTO, product, and operational training across assigned markets.
• Own certification and recertification of Training Restaurants, conducting assessments and providing targeted coaching.
• Execute structured training plans for new franchisee openings, tracking progress and ensuring smooth launches.
• Conduct field visits to assess execution, training adoption, and leadership behaviors, delivering concise coaching to close performance gaps.
• Identify training priorities based on field performance and evaluate program adoption for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training programs within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities to develop multi‑unit leaders.
• Ability to travel across Quebec and surrounding markets to support field operations.
