Associate Consultant, Strategy

About the role

The Strategy Associate Consultant will support Ovation Healthcare’s mission to strengthen independent community hospitals by analyzing healthcare data and contributing to strategic plans. You will work closely with senior consultants and client executives to translate market, operational, quality, and financial information into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, evaluate, and prepare market, operational, quality, and financial data for client projects.
• Use analytical tools to develop logical conclusions and draft deliverables aligned with project goals.
• Participate in strategic interviews with clients and summarize findings.
• Prepare clear, concise recommendations and design deliverables that meet engagement contracts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑performance service to clients.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to design creative business solutions and understand basic project‑management principles.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Experience researching best practices using the internet.
