Assistant/Associate Professor, Aviation

About the role

The Department of International Business, Supply Chain Management & Aviation at Mount Royal University invites applications for a tenure‑track/tenured faculty position in Aviation at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor. The appointment is expected to begin on July 1, 2026, subject to budgetary approval.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate teaching in aviation‑related courses, including the Bachelor of Aviation Management and Aviation Diploma programs.
• Develop and maintain an active research agenda aligned with aviation education and industry needs.
• Contribute to curriculum design, program development, and departmental service.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to high‑quality undergraduate teaching.
• Ability to establish and sustain an active research program.
• Eligibility for a tenure‑track or tenured appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.
• Availability to start on July 1, 2026, pending budget approval.
