About the role
Eagleview Construction is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor to support its growing multi‑residential division in the Waterloo Region. This hands‑on position works directly with Site Supervisors and Project Managers to keep projects organized, on schedule, and built to high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily site operations and coordinate trades, deliveries, and logistics.
- Maintain project schedules, conduct site walkthroughs, and perform quality checks.
- Assist with safety, cleanliness, and daily reporting.
- Track progress, document deficiencies, and follow up with trades.
- Perform general labour, carpentry, and framing tasks as needed.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors, project managers, trades, and inspectors.
Required profile
- Previous residential or multi‑residential construction experience.
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand the Ontario Building Code.
- Basic carpentry and framing knowledge.
- Strong work ethic, organized, dependable, and solution‑oriented.
- Valid driver’s licence, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to sites.
