Assistant Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Moose Knuckles is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store performance and deliver the brand’s distinctive, authentic service. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive sales, manage staff, and ensure visual and merchandising standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Support the GM in executing strategies to exceed sales and operational targets.
• Maintain store productivity and profitability through effective staffing, inventory control, and sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Uphold merchandising standards and visual presentation.
• Train, motivate, and develop sales associates, back‑of‑house team members, and key holders.
• Model Moose Knuckles culture and deliver high‑level customer service.
• Foster an engaged, inclusive workplace focused on product knowledge, merchandising, and sales growth.
• Coach and develop the team through observation and feedback.
• Apply HR policies to maintain a professional yet enjoyable environment.
• Demonstrate strong selling skills and a hands‑on approach.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably as an Assistant Manager.
• Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate a diverse team.
• Experience in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Confidence, innovation, and a strong work ethic.
