About the role
Lacoste is seeking a full‑time Assistant Manager to join its Calgary store. In this on‑site role you will support daily operations, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and help drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of sales associates.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Monitor store performance metrics and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Promote Lacoste’s brand values and foster a positive work culture.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑development abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Familiarity with operational analytics.
